“Twelve years na nawala ang White Party Manila,” lahad ng Mentorque producer na si Bryan Dy sa mediacon noong Mayo 9, Sabado, sa Bigger Pictures Studio, Reliance St. cor. Sheridan St., Mandaluyong City.
“We’re bringing this back this June 27. I think this will be the biggest edition since we started.
“Actually ang Mentorque po, nagsimula noong 2008 as event organizer sa mga club, sa mga bar. That’s our history.
“Natigil ako because nag-corporate events na kami. Saka dati, uso ang mga rave parties. One of our creations is this White Party Manila, Black Party Manila.
“So for this year, after 12 years, ibinabalik namin.
"And Love YourSelf has been our partner simula nagsimula sila, even in Malate days, di ba?”

Pahayag ni Sir Bryan: “One of the challenges of White Party is dati, kilalang-kilala ito ng buong community. Hindi mo kailangang i-market ito.
“Every last Saturday of June, we really come together, iyong community. Ngayon naman, this time, we want the new generation to see also iyong coming together ng community.
“Kasi alam ko naman, ang LGBT, is part of our community. We’re professionals; we’re advocates. We’re leaders. And then we’re movers and shakers of this country.
"Itong White Party, it doesn’t speak a lot, but it will show a lot na malaki ang kontribusyon ng LGBT community in our country.
“And then of course, yung mga nagmamahal sa aming allies. Yung mga straight and heterosexual friends and allies ng LGBT, you’ll be able to see them here in our event on the 27th.”
Bahagi ng proceeds ng White Party Manila 2026 ay susuporta sa HIV awareness programs, HIV testing, care, and research ng Love YourSelf.
“Isa sa nag-trigger sa akin to bring back White Party, because I think in the past few months, you heard an announcement of DOH of the rise in HIV,” pagtatapat ni Sir Bryan.
“On the rise of sexually transmitted disease. Some of them, somehow, I think Love YourSelf needs help to spread awareness.
“And White Party Manila is isa iyon sa magiging vehicle to spread awareness and of course, not just spread awareness but help the advocacy.”
Ang Pride PH Festival 2026 na Love Lab4n ay sa Hunyo 27 din gaganapin, sa UP Diliman, Quezon City.
Magkakumpetensiya ba ang White Party Manila: Reignite at Love Lab4n?
“It’s not actually competing,” sagot ni Sir Bryan.
“We’re actually talking to Love Lab4n. We’re very happy about ahhh what Mayor Joy [Belmonte] is doing.
“We want actually to be a partner of Love Lab4n. Ang Love Laban naman, they do it in the afternoon.
“Kami naman, itong White Party, hanggang umaga ito. Hahaha!”
Ang White Party at Love Laban ay parehong paggunita sa Stonewall riots na nagsimula noong Hunyo 28, 1969 sa Stonewall Inn sa Greenwich Village neighborhood ng Lower Manhattan sa New York City, USA.
Iyon ang mitsa ng pinaigting na gay rights movement sa U.S. at sa iba’t ibang panig ng mundo.
Pagbabalik-tanaw ni Sir Bryan: “Kung yung iba, naalala, ahmm more than ten years ago, lahat talaga, Pride March. Nangyari pa in Manila. Roxas Boulevard, Malate.
“Tapos pagdating ng gabi, may party. So, ganun din ang mangyayari ngayon. So hopefully, we’ll be the official after-party of all the Pride marches.”
Inaasahan ni Sir Bryan na 15,000 hanggang 20,000 ang makikisaya sa White Party Manila: Reignite.

Lahat ng Mentorque artists ni Bryan Dy ay obligadong dumalo sa White Party Manila: Reignite, kabilang si Ron Angeles na dumalo sa media launch.
Sabi pa ni Sir Bryan: "Sa amin, kaya White, walang kulay. Whatever you believe in, this is where everybody gathers.
"At saka it’s just showing the country who we are, sino yung mga kasama namin, sino kami.
"I think maraming nagawa na ang LGBT community sa bansa natin. It’s just… minsan, hindi mo kailangang magsalita. They just have to see it."
ON ALVIN ARAGON
Iimbitahan ba si Alvin Aragon sa White Party Manila 2026?
Natawang sagot ni Sir Bryan, “Iniimbitahan namin ang lahat!”
Anong feeling niya sa mga hanash at kuda ni Alvin kontra sa LGBTQIA+ community?
“Naku! Ahhh sa akin naman, alam mo yun, with the community, hindi natin makokontrol ang sasabihin ng ibang tao,” tugon ni Sir Bryan.
“The only thing that we can control is ourselves. Tayo. Ang respeto kasi, it has to be gained also.
“So this is one thing to show also the country ano ba talaga iyung LGBT community. And kami talaga, wala na kaming kontrol sa sasabihin ng kahit sino, di ba?
“We respect religion. We respect everybody. And I think they have their own opinion and personal views, and we respect that.
“But one thing is for sure, this community is helping the country move forward also. Sobrang daming talented, magagaling na parte ng LGBT community.
“And also part of building this country. So iyun ang gustong ipakita ng White Party.”
Kinokondena ba nila, ipinagwawalang-bahala, kinakalimutan or what ang masasakit na salita ni Alvin?
“Ako, sa amin, as much as we can, ako personally… paano mo tuturuan ang isang tao na sarado na iyung isip?” saad ni Sir Bryan.
“So at the end of the day, I think ahhh nasa sa kanya na iyon. Sa amin kasi, alam dapat ng community kung ano ang aming ambag, ano ang nagawa namin.
“And I think that’s enough already, di ba?”
Right time na ba para isang LGBT member ang mamuno sa bansa?
“I think there’s a lot already that is even part of the government, di ba?”
Yung Presidente ng Pilipinas…
“Hopefully, if people are open to that, why not? If we really have a good leader, di ba, from the community,” say ni Sir Bryan.
“That’s supposed to be open. We’re supposed to lead, di ba?” May mga nagtutulak kay Vice Ganda na kumandidatong Presidente.
Nagsabi na ang Asia’s Unkabogable Superstar na ayaw niya.
“Ako, sabi ko nga, sa toxicity of the government… sa toxicity of politics, I think people have to look around,” pananalig ni Sir Bryan.
“And I think there should be leaders that should actually step up also. Everyone can step up, even people from the LGBT community.
“Baka nga minsan, nahihiya sila to step up. Because baka masyadong toxic, pero paano natin babaguhin ang sistema kung hindi tayo makikisali?”
May openly gay global leaders sa bansang Latvia, Nerherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Iceland, at France.
“Yeah, yeah. And I think I would encourage. I would encourage those who have the heart to really serve,” pakli ni Sir Bryan.
“To really try to understand how the government works, and then try to lead. Kasi, alalahanin mo, sabi nga nila, di ba, puwede ka namang tumulong na wala ka sa gobyerno.
“Alam mo, ako, hindi ako naniniwala sa parte na iyon. If you want to change the system, somehow we have to participate.
“At the end of the day, doon ka magsisimula na i-try mong baguhin paunti-unti.”

“Okay naman siya. I think he’s busy. Andami niyang schedule. Kanina lang, galing siya sa trabaho.”
Nagulat ba siya sa pagkalat ng private video ni Ron noong Pebrero 28, 2026?
“Hindi ako nagulat. Kasi a year before, alam ko na yun, e. So we prepared ourselves,” tugon ni Sir Bryan.
“You know, people commit mistakes, but I think one thing that is wrong there is recording someone without consent, and then showing it…
“Ang problema lang, isa siguro sa struggle natin, na mas malaki ang atensiyon pag babae. Pero pag lalaki ka, iba ang ano.
“That’s a reality na kailangan naming harapin, di ba? And that’s the hard time na I think siya, ahhh, he expressed himself about that.
“And then kahit in-express mo na… kami nga, nalulungkot kami na, ‘Hindi! Okay lang iyan! Ginusto mo naman iyan, e.’
“Hindi niya ginustong ikalat iyan! Intimate na mga ganyan, criminal act [ang pagpapakalat]!
“And I think, hopefully, talagang ma-bring namin to justice yung mga gumawa nito.”
Nakatulong ba kay Ron ang video scandal o nakasira sa career nito?
“Actually, sa akin kasi, I know the kid, no. So personally, it’s very devastating for him,” sambit ni Sir Bryan.
“Ayoko lang pumunta doon sa detalye, lalo na sa pamilya, sa komunidad niya. He’s a very religious person, baka hindi niyo lang alam.
“He’s very devoted to his religion. And that affected him so much.”
Bilang manager ni Ron, sa tingin ba niya, nakatulong sa career nito ang nangyaring eskandalo?
“Sa amin naman, hindi ko kasi puwedeng sabihing nakatulong,” pagmamatwid ni Sir Bryan.
“Parang it’s a bad ano. Ako, I think, right now, somehow, ah, ewan ko, ba’t dumami yung booking. Hahaha!
“Ampangit kasing sabihin na mas nakatulong. ‘O, sa susunod, may bago kaming scandal.’ Hahaha. Di ba? Parang ampangit!
“Saka we cannot dictate kung ano ang mangyayari after what happened, e.
“Pero ngayon, as of the moment, he has a lot of closed deals recently.”
Ano ang payo niya kay Ron matapos kumalat ang sex video nito?
“Never do it in other person’s place! Kung gusto mo—wala namang problema sa kanya, he’s single—pero sa bahay mo gawin, sa bahay ninyo gawin!
“Huwag sa ibang taong bahay! Hahaha!” paghalakhak pa ni Sir Bryan.
