Inilabas na ng Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) ang angkop na klasipikasyon para sa sampung pelikulang kalahok sa ika-50 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).
Tiniyak ng MTRCB na nabigyan ang mga pelikula ng angkop na klasipikasyon batay sa umiiral na pamantayan ng Ahensiya.

MTRCB CLASSIFICATIONS
Ang romantic comedy nina Seth Fedelin at Francine Diaz na My Future You ay rated G at angkop para sa lahat ng manonood.
Rated PG ang And the Breadwinner is… ni Vice Ganda; Green Bones nina Dennis Trillo at Ruru Madrid; Espantaho nina Judy Ann Santos at Lorna Tolentino; Hold Me Close nina Carlo Aquino at Julia Barretto; The Kingdom nina Vic Sotto at Piolo Pascual; at Isang Himala ni Aicelle Santos.
Ibig sabihin, ang mga batang edad 13 at pababa ay kailangang kasama ang magulang o nakatatanda sa sinehan.
R-13, o para lamang sa edad 13 at pataas, ang horror na Strange Frequencies: Taiwan Killer Hospital.
The committee cited themes, language, and violent scenes unsuitable for viewers aged 13 and below.
Bida sa Strange Frequencies: Taiwan Killer Hospital sina Enrique Gil, Jane de Leon, Rob Gomez, Alexa Miro, at MJ Lastimosa.
Ang psychological thriller na Uninvited nina Vilma Santos-Recto, Aga Muhlach, at Nadine Lustre ay rated R-16 “due to prolonged violence, torture, graphic scenes and strong themes unsuitable for children below 16 years old.”
Ang Topakk nina Arjo Atayde at Julia Montes ay nag-submit ng dalawang bersyon, at tumanggap ng R-16 at R-18.
These dual classifications allow audiences to select the version most suitable for their age and maturity while ensuring responsible viewing.

Taos-pusong nagpasalamat si MTRCB Chairperson at CEO Lala Sotto-Antonio sa mga pelikulang kalahok sa MMFF 2024.

Nagpasalamat si Chair Lala sa mga stakeholder para sa hindi matatawarang pagmamahal nila sa industriya ng paglikha.

Sa Disyembre 25, Miyerkules, ang umpisa ng golden edition ng MMFF.

May pelikula para sa bawat miyembro ng pamilya sa Metro Manila Film Festival 2024. And the film will find its right audience.
Ang maa-assure lang namin ay magaganda ang mga pelikulang lahok sa 50th edition ng MMFF, at maipagmamalaki namin ang mga produksiyon na sumubok i-level up ang kanilang panoorin.
Wala nang dahilan para hindi manood ng pelikulang Filipino ngayong Kapaskuhan.
Sa mga nagrereklamo na walang magandang pelikulang lokal, heto na sila, at ang kailangan ay ang inyong suporta.
Kung hindi niyo pa suportahan ito ay maaaring kasama kayo sa problema.
