It can be challenging for parents and guardians to attend onsite classes as they fulfill their family duties at home, especially for those with a newborn child.

To help address this issue, the PUP Open University System (PUP OUS), also called the "Pamantasang Bayan," allows parents to study from home.

This mode of education enables them to balance their family responsibilities while achieving their academic goals. What Is The PUP Open University System?
