Directed by Goh Han Ki and produced in Seoul at the height of the global lockdown, the Live Your Passion with Purpose campaign featured the seven BTS members in different versions of The Penrose Stairs, a.k.a. "impossible staircase," which is symbolic of impossible situations they hurdle.







The band’s most recent hits—the inspirational "Life Goes On" followed by the record-breaking hit "Dynamite"—appropriately provided the score to a timely and encouraging message to ARMYs, the global term for BTS' fandom, during the Philippines’ most challenging times.

THE PARTNERSHIP WITH BTS
Smart Communications is the first and only local company or brand to ever seal a direct partnership with BTS under HYBE, formerly Big Hit Entertainment.
The negotiations took more than seven months with Basas taking the lead for Smart and Joyce A. Ramirez of PublicityAsia dealing with BTS’ reps in the US and Korea.
The campaign was finally launched in April, and the never-seen-before B-roll film that will be released on June 29 comes a special feature allowing users to turn any mobile phone into a light stick, simply by subscribing to Smart or being an existing Smart subscriber.
The light stick developed by Smart will interact with the digital film while it plays.
This will provide an even more enjoyable and immersive viewing experience, as light stick, or "The Army Bomb" to the fans, is a cultural staple in any BTS concert or event.
