Nakapagpatapos na si Alden Richards ng limang college students
Kasunod nito, may bagong misyon ang kanyang AR Foundation, ang Hero for All, Honoring Stories of the Everyday Filipino.
Isa itong nationwide search na layuning parangalan ang dalawampung Pilipino na naghatid ng pagbabago sa lipunan sa pamamagitan ng kanilang mga kabutihang ginawa.
"I am just so proud to be part of this movement because we’re gonna be able to highlight different individuals who are very much instrumental in doing social change within their communities.
"Marami kasing tao ang gumagawa ng kabutihan. Inilalagay nila yung needs of others prior to theirs in the community without being recognized."
Ang hangad niya in the long run ay mas marami pang tao ang ma-inspire na gumagawa ng kabutihan.
“To encourage them that being able to do something good and to contribute to society doesn’t have to come with a great price.
"Yung pagiging hero natin, hindi naman iyan nade-determine sa antas ng buhay.
"Whether you’re someone from the working class. It doesn’t matter where you are in the society as long as you have intention to bring change and to do good with the people around you.
"I think that’s what really matters and that’s what this campaign is all about, to recognize these individuals and to inspire more people to do the same,” ang paliwanag ni Alden na naniniwalang napapanahon ang pagbibigay-pugay sa mga Pilipinong karapt-dapat na tawagin na mga bagong bayani.
At base sa paglalarawan ni Alden, hindi kinakailangang maingay o magarbo ang kawanggawa ng hinahanap nilang hero,
“Kinikilala sila hindi lamang dahil sa kanilang mga nagawa but for what they can still give and contribute to their community.
"Sobrang timely at inspiring din ng theme ng program na ito for us because life sometimes has a way of learning your vision with all the noise that’s happening around us.
"Di ba minsan, it kinda derail us from our vision and our goal? Sometimes, nakakalimutan natin that heroes are not just characters in the story if we just take a moment to stop and look around us.
"Nandiyan sila, e, we will see them in the simplest and selfless acts of the people around us.”

ALDEN RICHARDS, A HERO IN BOTH REEL AND REAL LIFE
Naranasan ni Alden na gumanap bilang bayani sa mga teleseryeng pinagbidahan niya, ang Ilustrado at Victor Magtanggol.
Ang mga karakter daw na ito ang nagpamulat sa kanya na puwedeng maging bayani ang kahit na sino.
"Nagkaroon din po ako ng chance to actually do hero roles in 15 years of my career.
"Nung 2014, I portrayed our national hero, Jose Rizal, in the series Ilustrado. And in 2018, I played Victor Magtanggol, which was a superhero-themed teleserye, so parang it got me to realize na sometimes, anyone can be a hero.
"They’re just ordinary people with extraordinary missions,” ang pahayag ni Alden nang ilunsad ang Hero for All noong Abril 9, 2026, ang Araw ng Kagitingan, katuwnag ang Casino Plus.
Hindi lamang gumanap na bayani si Alden sa telebisyon dahil sa tunay na buhay, itinuturing siyang bayani ng mga kabataang pinag-aaral ng AR Foundation.
