Ang Pilipinong-Pilipino na kuwento at mga eksena ng pelikula ang isa sa mga dahilan kaya naengganyo ang viewers na panoorin ang proyekto na bahagi ng winning streak ng Viva Films mula pa noong Disyembre 2025.
Ang Viva Films ang producer ng Everyone Knows Every Juan at ng Call Me Mother, ang top-grosser sa 51st Metro Manila Film Festival na idinaos mula Disyembre 25, 2025 hanggang Enero 14,2026. Co-producer ng Viva Films sa Call Me Mother ang IdeaFirst Company at ABS-CBN Studios.
Kasunod ng tagumpay ng Call Me Mother at ng Everyone Knows Every Juan ang Valentine’s Day presentation ng Viva Films, ang The Loved One, ang reunion movie nina Anne Curtis at Jericho Rosales na nagbukas sa mga sinehan noong Pebrero 11, 2026.
Ang box-office success ng The Loved One ang nagpabalik ng sigla sa mga sinehan na tumamlay nang matapos ang 51st MMFF.

Noong Pebrero 19 nailathala sa U.S. online news site na Deadline Hollywood ang tagumpay ng pelikula.
May headline ito na “Viva Films’ The Loved One Emerges As First Philippine Hit of 2026 As Experiments With Discounted Ticketing Pay Off.”
Sabi sa isang bahagi ng artikulo: "The Loved One, starring Anne Curtis and Jericho Rosales, has crossed the symbolic PHP100M benchmark at the Philippines box office, making it the first locally produced hit of 2026 and encouraging the Philippine film industry to experiment further with discounted ticket sales."
Inilahad ni Viva Films CEO Vincent del Rosario sa Deadline Hollywood ang mga dahilan ng tagumpay sa box-office ng The Loved One.

Inaasahang kukumpleto sa winning streak ng Viva Films ang A Special Memory, ang romantic drama movie na pinangungunahan nina Bela Padilla at Carlo Aquino.
Mapapanood sa mga sinehan simula sa Marso 11 ang A Special Memory na inaabangan ng manonood dahil sa trailer pa lamang ng pelikula, pinaluha na sila.
Tungkol sa isang babae na nawalan ng memorya na epekto ng Alzheimer’s Disease at hindi na nakikilala ang lalake na kanyang pinakamamahal ang kuwento ng A Special Memory.
