Isinugod sa ospital si Gabrielle matapos mahulog mula sa entablado sa preliminary competition ng Miss Universe 2025 na ginanap sa Impact Challenger Hall, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand, noong Miyerkules ng gabi, Nobyembre 19, 2025.
Ikinabahala ng pageant fans ang nangyari sa ophthalmologist na kinatawan ng Jamaica sa kontrobersiyal na international beauty pageant.
Pero ayon sa Miss Universe Jamaica Organization, hindi nagkaroon ng life-threatening injuries si Gabrielle mula sa aksidente na malinaw na nakunan ng video.

MISS UNIVERSE JAMAICA ORGANIZATION STATEMENT
Narito ang kabuuang pahayag ng Miss Universe Jamaica Organization:
“The Miss Universe Jamaica Organization wishes to advise the public that Dr. Gabrielle Henry, Miss Universe Jamaica 2025, experienced a fall from the main stage during the evening gown round of the preliminary competition ahead of this weekend’s Miss Universe Finals in Thailand.
“She was rushed to the Paolo Rangsit Hospital, where medical professionals are attending to her care and have advised that she is not suffering from any life-threatening injuries; however, they continue to conduct tests to ensure her full recovery.
“We kindly ask everyone to stay upbeat, lift her in prayer, and send positive thoughts as she receives the necessary medical care. We thank everyone for their outpouring of love,support and continued prayers.”
Nakunan din ng video si Henry habang nakahiga sa stretcher at buhat ng mga kalalakihan para dalhin sa ospital.

UPDATE ON MISS JAMAICA'S CONDITION
Dinalaw si Gabrielle ni Miss Universe Organization President Raul Rocha sa pagamutan.
Nagbigay rin siya ng update tungkol sa kalagayan ng Jamaican beauty queen.
Saad niya: “I would like to share with the Miss Universe family that are concerned for the health of our Miss Universe Jamaica that at 12:00 A.M. Bangkok time, that I have just left the hospital where she is being treated.
“I was there with her family and her, and thankfully, there are no broken bones and she is under good care.
"She will remain under observation for the rest of the night and we will remain in touch with her family to support her.
"Our prayers go out for her prompt recovery."
