Gaya ni Pia na tatlong beses sumali sa Binibining Pilipinas, tatlong beses din lumahok si Anne Patricia sa Miss International Queen Philippines bago niya napanalunan ang pinakaaasam na korona at titulo mula sa beauty pageant para sa trans women.
Pamilyar si Anne Patricia sa mga manonood dahil siya ang nagwagi sa "Miss Q&A Kween of the Multibeks" ng It’s Showtime noong 2022.

Sa pangatlong pagkakataon, muling sinubukan ni Anne Patricia ang kanyang kapalaran sa Miss International Queen Philippines 2025 na idinaos sa SM Mall of Asia Arena noong Hulyo 9, 2025.
Hindi nabigo si Anne Patricia dahil siya ang nanalo para maging opisyal na kandidata ng Pilipinas sa Miss International Queen 2025 na magaganap sa Setyembre 20 sa Pattaya, Thailand.
Isang malaking hamon para kay Anne Patricia ang pagsali sa Miss International Queen 2025 dahil, tulad ni Pia, kailangang mapatunayan niyang hindi nagkamali ang mga hurado sa pagpili sa kanya bilang kinatawan ng ating bansa.
MISS INTERNATIONAL QUEEN PHILIPPINES 2025 CONTROVERSY
Dahil sa matinding pagkabigla at kaligayahan, napaupo si Anne Patricia sa entablado at napaiyak nang tawagin ang pangalan niya bilang Miss International Queen Philippines 2025 winner.
Pero nabahiran ng kontrobersiya ang tagumpay ni Anne Patricia dahil sa alegasyong hindi umano siya ang karapat-dapat magwagi at isang "cooking show" ang Miss International Queen Philippines 2025.
Hindi na kailangan ni Anne Patricia na depensahan ang sarili dahil ang beauty doctor na si Dr. Librado Toledo Jr., isa sa mga hurado ng pageant, ang nagtanggol sa kanya.

Paalala ni Toledo: “Please be careful with your comment or else, see you in the court under Republic Act No. 10627 & RA 10175, or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.”
Ginamit ni Toledo ang kanyang Facebook page sa pagsagot sa mga naninira kay Anne Patricia at kumukuwestiyon sa integridad ng mga hurado sa pagpili ng mga nagwagi.
Dito ay inilahad niya ang mga pangyayari sa likod ng pagwawagi ni Anne Patricia bilang Miss International Queen Philippines 2025.
Lahad ni Toledo: “Whoever said that last night was just a cooking show for #MIQPH2025 — you’re wrong.
“I was one of the judges during the closed-door interviews, and during the finals, all of us had different points of view.
“My personal favorites were Michelle Bermudez, Kirk Virtudazo Popiolek, Mikay Bautista, Anne Patricia Lorenzo Diaz and — last but not least — the candidate who’s a cancer survivor.
“During the closed-door interviews, I could truly feel and see who could best represent the real essence of #MIQPH — someone who embraces the responsibility of sisterhood and family, and someone who embodies a unique story.
“A transformative person who brings not just beauty, but a genuine heart. And that, for me, was the contestant with brown skin, a shaved head, and a story of who physically and mentally abused Kataluna Lennon Brown.
"On finals night, the Top 5 truly shone. And with no bias, they all did great during the Q&A.
“To be fair to the organization, for the first time ever, we were called for a deliberation after the closed-door interviews and asked to vote for who would be crowned.
“Everyone in the room, including my friends Mr. Gap and Dr. Kamol from Thailand, had their say. They explained clearly that popularity is not an edge. So we trimmed down the choices to those who showed real character, humility, and a willingness to carry the responsibility — not just use the platform.
“The votes came down to Patricia and Mikay. I voted for Mikay, but Patricia is truly deserving and ready for the crown this year.
“If given the chance next year — and if the stars align — I will still vouch for Mikay!
“To those who feel entitled or don’t understand how pageantry really works, I suggest: form your own pageant and create your own organization.”
