Sa presscon ng kanyang Reset concert kahapon, Enero 14, 2025, inanunsiyo ni Regine Velasquez na si Stell Ajero ang isa sa mga special guest niya.
Apat na araw gaganapin ang concert series ni Regine sa Samsung Performing Arts Theater sa Circuit Makati — Pebrero 14, 12, 21, at 22, 2025.
Sa Pebrero 21 umano nakatakda ang guesting ni Stell.

Pero ngayong Miyerkules ng hapon, Enero 15, naglabas ng opisyal na pahayag ang producer ng Reset, si Cacai Velasquez Mitra ng iMusic Entertainment (iME), na hindi na tuloy ang partisipasyon ng miyembro ng SB19 dahil sa "miscommunication" at "scheduling conflict."
Humingi ng paumanhin ang pamunuan ng iME, kasunod ang alok na ibabalik ang bayad ng mga bumili ng tickets na nais mapanood ang magkasamang pagtatanghal nina Regine at Stell.
FULL STATEMENT OF IMUSIC ENTERTAINMENT
Nakasaad sa statement: “We regret to inform you that Stell, who was scheduled to perform at our upcoming concert, RESET, on February 21, 2025, will not be able to attend due to a scheduling conflict.
“This unforeseen issue arose from a miscommunication by our production manager. Unfortunately, we were unaware of this situation at the time of the press conference and announcement.
“It was only afterward that all parties involved were able to resolve the misunderstanding regarding the scheduled guest appearance.
“We understand that many of you were looking forward to seeing Stell perform live with Regine at the concert, and we share in your disappointment.
"Please know that we are equally saddened by this unexpected change and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
“In light of this situation, we are committed to ensuring a fantastic experience for all attendees. We will offer refunds to any fans who purchased tickets in the hope of seeing Stell perform live with Regine.
“Please note that only tickets purchased from the time of the press conference announcements up until today (January 14-15, 2025) are eligible for a refund for the February 21, 2025 show.
