"Exploratory talks" ang sinabi ni IBC13 President Jimmy Policarpio na dahilan tungkol sa pakikipag-usap nila ni PTV-4 General Manager Anna Puod sa Wowowin host na si Willie Revillame.
Mabilis na kumalat ang mga espekulasyong may negosasyong namamagitan kay Willie at sa top executives ng IBC-13 at PTV4 dahil sa kumalat na larawan ni Willie nang bumisita ito sa studio ng government-owned television station ngayong Martes, July 25, 2023.
Kasama ni Willie sa litrato si Puod at ang PTV-4 news personalities na sina Aljo Bendijo at Angelique Lazo.

Kasalukuyan ding nagaganap ang pag-uusap nina Willie, Puod, at Policarpio sa Shangri-La The Fort.

Pahayag ni Policarpio sa Cabinet Files ngayong gabi, “We’re talking right now, purely exploratory basis.
"And we’d like to have some sort of a new picture for PTV-4 and Channel 13 to make it not only as a government station but purely a station that will appeal to the masa.
“Entertainment is also necessary in order to make the television station palatable.”
Dagdag ng IBC13 Presdient, “Nag-uusap pa lang. Exploratory pa lang naman. We’re talking with Anna, together with Mr. Willie Revillame."
Iniimbitahan ng management ng PTV-4 at IBC13 si Willie na dalhin nito ang Wowowin sa kanilang television network.
Kung magkakasundo ang magkabilang-panig, plano nina Puod at Policarpio na magkasabay na ipalabas sa PTV-4 at IBC-13 ang Wowowin mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes, 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
