“It was a great honor, warm welcome from supporters and followers and overall, an incredible reunion with friends and co-workers,” ang sabi ni Rafael sa panayam sa kanya ng Cabinet Files.
“It was mostly funny moments behind the scenes. The laughter after Direk yelled ‘Cut!’ Not sure if it was because it was "comedy acting" but I kept laughing after most of the scenes,” kuwento ni Rafael.
“I wear mask and face shield on at all times. I practice social distancing and I always use rubbing alcohol whenever possible.
“Aside from that, I am also maintaining a healthy lifestyle, eating living food, and exercising to keep my immune system at optimum.
“After each meal, I also meditate to keep my mind at a calm state to avoid stress from all the news going around.”
“I don’t go to the gym anymore. I do bodyweight and movement training at home. I also have some workout equipment and friends who coach me online. And in addition to that, surfing.”
“During all times, both in these trying times and normal times, it was always a goal to maintain a healthy body and mind.
“I’ve realized through experience that my lifestyle goal has helped me greatly when it comes to keeping the immune system at its optimum.
“I realized it’s true what they say that ‘Health is wealth, and lifestyle is medicine.’
“On the deeper level, I’ve realized so much about so many things the past two years. I feel like I could write a book.”
