"It was very challenging yesterday because everything was done online, so the reactions are all real and genuine,” sabi ni Paolo nang kumustahin ng Cabinet Files ang mga karanasan niya bilang host ng isang virtual beauty pageant.

"Then, immediately after, I taped the segments to thread all the portions together.

"So many technical challenges, but Carousel Productions really gave their all to pave the way for other pageants to make that bold step to push thru as well."

Ayon kay Paolo, "Tipid probably in the sense that you need less people to run, but it takes a whole lot more work to put it all together.

"Normally, in a pageant, I’ll have one pre-prod and then be on location four hours before the event.

"In this case, there were three pre-production meetings, all online, then we had technical rehearsals, and then the actual pageant was recorded.

"I taped here at my restaurant, Punta Mandala, yesterday, edited my segments, then sent the video so we could make the deadline of GMA on the same day.

"My spiels were finished in less than two hours.

"It was an extremely technical and detailed production, the editing is so impressive."

"I never wear shorts. I feel it’s a disrespect to the task at hand.

"Even if it’s a Zoom meeting at home, I always dress the part,” ani Paolo.
