Two of today's most passionate OPM artists came together for a concert turned delightful jamming session. Candid and filled with much love for Filipino music, Aiza Seguerra and Noel Cabangon's Tambayan Hits was a showcase of solid, effortless vocals and talent in guitar-playing. At the heart of the show were Aiza and Noel's harmonious musicality, light-hearted bantering, and shared zeal for OPM.
Included in the 25-song repertoire were Aiza and Noel's known singles ("Pagdating ng Panahon" and "Kanlungan"), a few Eraserheads and Juan dela Cruz Band smash hits, also impromptu numbers by their fellow OPM artists and spectators for the night: Ogie Alcasid, Charice, Juris, and Bayang Barrios.
Tambayan Hits, a two-night show, was held on June 22 and 23 at the Onstage theater of Greenbelt 1, Makati City.
