Coming Soon, Martin Rey Aviles's comedy narrates the misadventures of a barkada as they all come of age. More than the title's convenient plugging, the film talks about the forthcoming end of the world and how the six young adults, each undergoing a rough phase in their lives, figure out what to make of themselves before the apocalypse hits.
Coming Soon stars Andi Eigenmann, Dominic Rocco, Boy2 Quizon, Glaiza de Castro, Carla Humphries, and Cholo Barretto. It is a joint production of Ronald Singson's Fearless Productions and Neil Arce's Brownsugar Entertainment.
At the premiere screening of the "mindie" (independent turned mainstream) film, last Monday, April 15 at the Greenbelt 3 in Makati City, the red carpet glittered with celebrities who came to support the project.
