Ogie Alcasid officially welcomed his wife Regine Velasquez as Kapamilya today, October 17.
In his latest Instagram post, Ogie showed a short video of Regine's contract signing with the top executives of ABS-CBN held at the 9501 Restaurant in ABS-CBN ELJ Building in Quezon City.
Joining Regine at the presidential table were ABS-CBN president Carlo Katigbak, chief operating officer Cory Vidanes, head of entertainment production Laurenti Dyogi, and Dreamscape business unit head Deo Endrinal.
Ogie's short but sweet caption read, "Congrats mahal! Love you with all my heart. #welcomehomekapamilyaregine"
Regine's first day as a Kapamilya turned out to be a red-carpet event, with Ogie welcoming her at the VIP entrance of ELJ Building.
Then Ogie escorted her on their way to the 14th floor of the same building for Regine's contract signing.
Gary Valenciano and John Prats were among the couple's showbiz colleagues and friends who were equally excited for Regine's big move to ABS-CBN.
First to comment on Ogie's Instagram post about Regine's first day as a Kapamilya, Gary wrote, "OMG!!!! It's really happened!!! [praying, heart, and smile emojis]"

Singers Erik Santos and Yeng Constantino also filled Ogie's Instagram wall with hearts, prayers, and hugs emojis in reference to Regine being a Kapamilya.
