A well-attended celebrity screening took place on Tuesday night, January 29, at the Cinema 7 of the Gateway Mall in Cubao, Quezon City. Regal Films's dark romantic-drama, Seduction, received much support from a number of glamorous stars who came to see the onscreen love triangle of GMA-7 actors Richard Gutierrez, Sarah Lahbati, and Solenn Heussaff. Leading lady Sarah, currently caught in the a controversy with home network GMA-7, flew to Switzerland last January 13 and missed the premiere screening of her first major film.
Seduction,
directed by Peque Gallaga and written by Aloy Adlawan, is set to be released in
cinemas nationwide beginning January 30, Wednesday. The film received Grade B from the Cinema Evaluation Board. Its uncut version was
rated R-13 by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board.
