President Rodrigo Duterte paid his last respects to the late Alvaro "Cheng" Muhlach, who's the father of actor Aga Muhlach.
It was last Saturday, May 12, when Cheng died at the age of 74 due to cardiac arrest.
On his Instagram post yesterday, May 15, Aga showed a video of President Duterte's arrival at the chapel of Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig City, where Cheng's wake is held.
Aga wrote in the caption, "Maraming salamat, Pangulong Duterte for paying your respects to my Dad. It meant so much to me and my family."
Aga's wife Charlene Gonzalez also showed in a separate post some pictures that she took with the President.
The president's visit at the wake of Aga's father was also shown in the official Twitter account of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).
President Duterte was accompaneid by Special Assistant to the President Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go.
