PRESS STATEMENT FROM TV5:
"Around 2,000 kids from different charities finally got to meet their playmates in Batibot at the grand re-launch of the dancing music fountain at the Rizal Park lagoon recently.
"Batibot's well-loved muppets Koko Kwik Kwak, Kapitan Basa, Ningning and Gingging entertained the audience with a special one-hour live show together with the show's hosts Ate Maya and Kuya Fidel.
"Kids and their families were treated to a fun-filled show including a song and dance number, storytelling, games and more.
"Those who graced the event also had the chance to play at TV5 Kids' booth games and take their best shots at Batibot's photo booth.
"In cooperation with the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC), the event was in line with Department of Tourism's drive to reintroduce Luneta to the public by reopening the dancing music fountain, an attraction that once highlighted every visit at the national park.
"Get to know more of your favorite Batibot characters while learning every Saturday, 8:30-9am, and daily at 9:00-9:05am and 4:15-4:20pm on TV5 Kids!"
