Mababasa sa kanilang pahayag: "The camp of Rhian Ramos vehemently denounces the malicious and utterly false information currently circulating about her, circling around some photographs that are said to depict her in compromising positions.

"For the record, these photographs were unlawfully taken and stolen by a driver, a person deeply trusted by Ms. Ramos.

"This confiidence had been betrayed.

"Ms. Ramos is well aware that fabricated and incredulous narratives, particularly on social media, have been deliberately crafted and amplified to embarrass her and besmirch her reputation.

"These claims are not only baseless, but they reflect a culture characterized by sexist attacks carefully designed to destroy a woman's dignity and autonomy, which has no place in the twenty-first century."

Saad nila: "Ms. Ramos' legal team has already identified the individuals responsible for initiating these defamatory statements, and we continue to monitor and document others who will participate in circulating such falsehoods.

"Accountability is not vengeance, it is a necessary aftirmation that truth matters, and that actions have consequences. We are now preparing to file the necessary civil and criminal cases against perpetrators who continue to besmirch the reputation of Ms. Ramos."

Anila: "Being a public figure is not an invitation to malign and degrade a woman, especially not for cheap points solicited in social media platforms.

"It also does not strip a woman of her right to dignity, fairness, and protection under the law.

"No platform, no spotlight, and no profession strips a woman of her humanity."

Rhian urges public to stand against sexist attacks

"With Women's Month fast approaching, Ms. Ramos urges the public, not only to reject the spread of misinformation, but also to recognize the public's shared responsibility of protecting women's rights and dignity.

"We cannot claim to value equality while tolerating narratives that seek to diminish, discredit, or malign women.

"We cannot speak of progress while remaining silent in the face of calculated harm.

"After all, no Filipino woman should be reduced to fodder for the amusement of those with malicious intentions.

"The standard we set today, how we respond, what we tolerate, what we condemn, will shape the kind of society we become."

Dagdag pa nila, "Let it be one that stands firmly on the side of truth, accountability, and unwavering respect for women."

RHIAN: "The truth will set us free."

And I can say, yes, it's, in a way, stressful.

"Pero I'm also quite confident na the truth will set us free."
