Actress-performer Geneva Cruz is making a stage comeback.
On Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 8:00 P.M., she will present her GEN EVOLUTION concert at the Music Museum in celebration of her 35th anniversary in show business.
In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), coursed through ALV Talent Circuit, Geneva said she’s thrilled the show is finally happening after months of preparation.
"It's finally pushing through!" she said.
"I’ve been training since April, so I guess I’m more ready!”

GENEVA CRUZ: GEN EVOLUTION
Geneva will turn her concert into a nostalgia-driven spectacle, blending her classic originals with high-energy covers of ’80s and ’90s pop.
In Gen Z terms, it’s her take on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. Expected numbers include “I Like You,” “Kailan,” “Paraiso,” “Anak ng Pasig,” “Can This Be Love,” and more.
The show will also feature electrifying dance numbers as Geneva aims to reach a younger audience.
Asked to describe the concert in three words, she replied: "Passionate. Energetic. Fun."
She explained, "Being on stage is my opportunity to express myself artistically through song and dance.
"It allows me to connect with my audience, feel their energy, and, hopefully, share my own energy with them in return."
Geneva said there’s much to look forward to at her GEN EVOLUTION concert, and she’s especially excited for the opening number and the finale.
The 49-year-old performer revealed: "The opening number, my numbers with my daughter and my godsons Sam Shoaf [Jeffrey Hidalgo’s nephew] and Fordy [Andrew E’s son], and the finale."
GENEVA CRUZ: SECRET TO HER 35 YEARS IN SHOWBIZ
More than anything, Geneva is grateful to have stayed in showbiz for over 35 years.
One important lesson from her three-and-a-half decades in the industry: always keep an open mind and learn something from everyone you meet.
Geneva said, "When you have an open mind and a heart that's open, you can learn from every artist that you meet.
"They can touch your life by their stories and pull inspiration from them."
This piece of advice is also something she’d like to share with the younger generation of talents.
She said: "Always be curious about what’s new in the industry while also finding your own style and voice.
"It's important to have a growth mindset so you can continue to become a better version of yourself."
