Lahad niya: "This was me just weeks ago.

"Rushed to the emergency room because of a mental breakdown and a full-blown panic attack. This photo was taken by my sister — after I finally calmed down.

"It’s a version of me that’s far from what most people are used to seeing. No suit, no makeup, no signature winged eyeliner. Just me, stripped down and barely holding on.

"That night, I went through every physical test. A few days later, I went to see my psychiatrist.

"They changed my medication… and I was diagnosed as bipolar — on top of my ongoing battles with depression, BPD, and anxiety."

Dagdag niya: "During that time, it truly felt like the world was against me. I was bullied, dragged, attacked personally.

"People who didn’t even know me said the meanest things, as if they did. And honestly, some didn’t just want me to fail — they wanted me DEAD."

Aniya pa, "But in all that darkness, I was given one painful but powerful gift: realization.

"When you’re no longer valuable to what they need, they’ll throw you away like you’re nothing.

"It’s true — when you have nothing, that’s when you find out who truly values you, who genuinely loves you, and who was never real in the first place.

"So now, I choose to be loyal to myself.

"I trust no one blindly.

"And I keep going — because I deserve to live, to heal, and to rise again."

Kasunod nito ang pag-anunsiyo niyang na-diagnose siya ng kanyang doktor na meron siyang bipolar disorder, isang "mental illness that causes unusual shifts in a person's mood, energy, activity levels, and concentration. These shifts can make it difficult to carry out day-to-day tasks," ayon sa National Institute of Mental Health.
