Noong June 4, 2025, nangamba ang followers ni Miko matapos mabasa ang nakababahalang mensahe nito sa Instagram Stories.
Sa post, mababanaag na may malalim at mabigat na pinagdaraanan ang aktor.
Mensahe ni Miko (published as is), "F*ck this life man. Time to end."
Sa sumunod niyang post, tila may pagbabanta si Miko na maaaring iyon na ang huling mensahe niya sa lahat ng nagmamahal sa kanya.
Mababasa rito: "My name is ochomiko on social media or as an actor you may know me as 'Miko Gallardo.'
"But my real name is Dwayne and I have a few things to say before l end it all.
"These will be my last and final messages."
Maliban dito, tinanggal din ni Miko ang kanyang display photo sa Instagram at maging ang mga post niya sa IG feed.
MIKO'S AGENCY RELEASES STATEMENT
Dahil sa posts na ito ni Miko, marami sa kanyang followers ang labis nabahala.
Kaugnay nito, nagpadala ang PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ng mensahe kay Miko at sa talent agency niyang Oxin Films para masiguro ang kaligtasan ng aktor.
Tumugon dito ang Oxin Films.
Sa official statement na inilabas noong June 7, kinumpirma ng Oxin Films na may mabigat ngang pinagdaraanan si Miko kaya nagawa nitong mag-post ng mga nakakaalarmang mensahe.
Gayunpaman, sa tulong daw ng pamilya at malalapit na kaibigan ni Miko ay nagawan nila ng paraang hindi magpalamon ang aktor sa kanyang mga naiisip at nararamdaman.
Mababasa sa pahayag ng Oxin Films: "To our beloved fans, supporters, and the public:
"It has come to our attention that actor Miko Gallardo recently shared a social media post that caused concern among many, hinting at a difficult personal struggle.
"We at Oxin Films want to assure everyone that we take the well-being of all our artists very seriously.
"Upon learning of the situation, we immediately reached out to Miko’s family and are relieved to confirm that he is now safely under the care of his family and friends."
Kalakip nito ang pakiusap ng Oxin Films na unawain at irespeto ng publiko ang privacy ni Miko hanggang sa ito'y maka-recover sa hindi nila idinetalyeng pinagdaraanan nito.
