Bunso si Leon sa tatlong magkakapatid kay Marjorie Barretto at sa ex-partner nitong si Dennis Padilla.
Panganay si Julia Barretto, panggitna si Claudia, at pangatlo si Leon.

Sa Instagram kagabi, April 10, 2025, isang mahabang sulat ang ibinahagi ni Leon para sa kapatid.
Panimula niya, (published as is), "my claui just got married… still can’t believe i’m saying that."
Noong mga bata pa daw sila, nakagawian na nilang mag-umpugan ng ulo habang naglalaro.
Pero habang lumalaki na sila, naging malapit daw sila at naging sumbungan ang isa't isa.
Sabi ni Leon (published as is): "when we were young, it was almost automatic how we’d bump heads.
"but as time went on, we became each other’s confidant and go-to person.
"i’m truly grateful for how close we’ve become—knowing everything about each other without judgment, only love and comfort."
Si Claudia raw ang nagturo sa kanya kung paano itrato nang tama ang mga babae, at magbigay ng respeto sa mga nakapaligid sa kanila.
At hinding-hindi raw niya ito makakalimutan.

Ang inaasam lamang ngayon ni Leon ay maiparamdam sa kapatid ang pag-ibig na nararapat dito dahil alam niya kung paano ito magmahal.
Sa kanya speech sa reception ng kasalan, sinabi ni Leon na mapalad siya na nagabayan siya ni Claudia sa kanyang paglaki.
Nasaksihan din daw ni Basti ang pagmamahalan nina Claudia at Basti.
