Hindi natuwa ang aktor na si Chuckie Dreyfus sa naranasan ng kanyang mga anak sa isang music festival noong weekend.
Sa post ng aktor sa kanyang Facebook account, inireklamo niya ang mga problema sa Circus Music Festival na ginanap sa Bridgetowne, Pasig City, noong Sabado, March 29, 2025.
“Total disaster” umano ang all-day concert na pinagtanghalan ng marami sa mga sikat na OPM acts sa Pilipinas ngayon.

Kabilang sa mga nag-perform ang mga bandang Parokya Ni Edgar, Rivermaya, Kamikazee, December Avenue, Freestyle, South Border, Dionela, Mayonnaise, The Itchyworms, at Urbandub.
Pati na ang solo artists na sina Arthur Nery, Maki, Kean Cipriano, Flow G, Unique Salonga, at Janine Tenoso,
“Hey Circus Music Festival, what kind of circus are you really running?!!" himutok ni Chuckie sa kanyang Facebook post kahapon, March 30, 2025.
"My son paid for Platinum tickets for himself and his sister, expecting the premium experience you heavily advertised.
"What they got was a total disaster.”
Isa sa mga inireklamo ng dating That’s Entertainment star ay ang kawalan umano ng barrier sa gitna ng Platinum at Gold sections ng audience.
“No VIP section, no barriers, no added perks. So what exactly did the extra payment go to?” tanong niya.
Sa mga advertisement ng Circus Music Festival, makikitang PHP1,999 ang halaga ng Platinum ticket.
Halos kalahati naman ang presyo ng Gold ticket, na PHP999 lamang.
Nakalagay in sa mga poster ng music festival na makakatanggap ng libreng hoodie, T-shirt, tote bag, bucket hat, at snacks ang mga bumili ng Platinum ticket.

Ngunit wala raw nakuha sa mga freebies na ito ang mga anak ni Chuckie.
“No merch either. Despite buying their Platinum tickets during the October–January period (which you said would be eligible), they got absolutely nothing. Zero,” saad ng dating child actor.
Inireklamo rin ni Chuckie ang istriktong no reentry policy sa naturang event.
Sa inilathalang schedule ng malaking concert, 6:30 A.M. tutugtog ang unang performer, ang singer-songwriter na si Waltz.
Samantala, lagpas 12 midnight na natapos ang performance ng bandang Rivermaya.

Hindi nagustuhan ni Chuckie na bawal nang bumalik sa venue ang sinumang umalis sa buong araw ng concert, sa kahit anumang dahilan.
Saad niya: “Yup, once you’re in, you’re locked in. If you step out—even for food, air, or an emergency—you’re not getting back inside. Was this mentioned in any of their promotions, posts, or ticketing pages? Apparently not.”
Dahil sa mga isyung ito, nais makakuha ni Chuckie ng refund.
Ngunit hindi umano tumatalima rito ang event organizers.
Ito ay kahit hindi lang si Chuckie ang may reklamo; marami pa raw sa concert attendees ang nakaramdam na na-scam sila ng event.
“My children left disappointed, frustrated, and cheated. And they're not alone.
"You owe your paying customers more than a PR statement. You owe them transparency, accountability—and frankly, their money back,” saad niya.

CIRCUS MUSIC FESTIVAL STATEMENT
Isang araw bago maganap ang concert, nag-announce na agad ang Circus Music Festival na hindi ito makakapagbigay ng freebies sa Platinum ticket holders.
Sinisi ng organizers ang suppliers nila na gumagawa ng hoodie, T-shirt, tote bag, at bucket hat.
“Due to unexpected supply issues from our suppliers, we regret to inform you that we are unable to distribute the full set of freebies as originally planned,” saad nito sa kanilang Facebook page noong March 28, 2025.
Dahil daw rito ay naging “while supplies last” na lamang ang mga nasabing freebie items.
Ngayong tanghali, March 31, 2025, nagbigay muli ng statement ang organizers ng concert event para mas lalo pang ipaliwanag ang sinasabing isyu sa supplier.
“Unfortunately, the supplier is making false claims and shifting the blame onto Circus Music Festival for their shortcomings,” saad ng organizers sa isa pang Facebook post.
Dagdag pa nila, maaari raw silang magsampa ng kaso ukol dito.
“We will not allow this injustice to go unanswered. We are pursuing all necessary legal, criminal, and civil actions to hold those responsible accountable.”
Sa huli ay humingi ng paumanhin ang organizers ng music festival sa mga nagrereklamong customer.
“Nonetheless, we sincerely apologize and assure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
"We will make this right,” pahayag ng Circus Music Festival.
