Mababasa sa post ni Jens (published as is), "My niece is now traumatized and does not want to go to school anymore. You call “ganged up” and “targeted” NOT bullying???
"Why are you protecting the unmentioned names of these bullies and your school’s reputation? Because they deserve rEsPeCt too?"

Saad niya, "Now I understand why my sister-in-law needed to post this publicly.
"Clearly because this school only cares about their name and not about the victim’s mental damages."
Dagdag pa ni Jens, "Also this statement is now ‘targeting’ and ‘bullying’ my sister-in-law who just wants to get justice from the incident that happened to my niece. Pure enablers and victim blamers."
Aniya, "To all parents who plan to send their child to this school, think not twice but as many times you have to. This school is pro-bully. DepEd Philippines do something about this."

CSA Denies bullying allegations involving Yasmien Kurdi's daughter
Joseph Noel Estrada at Atty. Willard Yung ng Estrada & Aquino Law.
Mababasa sa kanilang pahayag, "It is unfortunate that an incident among minor students have been blown out in the public.
"At the outset, there appears to be no bullying that happened on December 10, 2024, but rather a situation where students were discussing about Christmas party preparations."

Saad ng paaralan: "The school has immediately addressed the matter among the students and parents involved.
"The school is handling the matter with caution, circumspect, and confidentiality because the students involved here are minor children.
"We encourage the parents, especially Mrs Soldevilla, to cooperate with the school so that matters can be resolved within the school mechanisms in place pursuant to its policies in compliance with relevant DepEd Orders.
"We also caution Mrs. Soldevilla to refrain from sharing information about the minor students as this tends to put them in a bad light, embarrassment, and even ridicule, not only in CSA but in the eyes of the public.
"While we assume good faith in the public actions and statements of Mrs. Soldevilla, these may have unintended consequences on the students involved including her own daughter."
Anila: "We acknowledge that she is a public personality and perhaps used to public attention, but the other parties especially the minor students value their privacy and hence deserve respect too.
"CSA supports raising awareness on bullying, but also mindful that the drawing or seeking unnecessary public attention does not help at all in the formation and correction of students and in eventually resolving their conflicts.
"The school environment is a place where there's constant interaction among students, which results almost always to emotions of joy, even frustration and anger.
"The undue branding of bullying of these interactions might result in disruptions in students' learning and growth."
Dagdag pa ng CSA, "We therefore reiterate our request for circumspection and trust that the school is handling the matter in proportion to the seriousness of the incident brought to its attention."

tHE ALLEGED BULLYING INCIDENT

Lahad ni Yasmien (published as is): "Today, my daughter was targeted by a group of students in her class because she was unable to keep up with group messages about their upcoming Christmas party while we were out of the country.
"Surrounded by 7-9 students, Ayesha was blocked from leaving the classroom and was denied her food and recess!
"In other words she was ganged up on."
Ani Yasmien, "Ayesha took a vacation to relieve the stress caused by another students who harassed her by taking video without her consent. This caused her paranoia and anxiety.
"Ayesha is just a kid; she recently turned 12. And she has been enduring this type of bullying since grade 2, alarmingly this has led to the creation of an online 'AYESHA HATE CLUB' targeting her.
"For some reason, some of these students are now in her class."
Mariing sabi ni Yasmien: "I am not surprised that the parents of bullies come to their rescue.
"However, twisting events and claiming it was a regular student meeting and questioning back my daughters behavior is absurd.
"Mind you, these are mostly girls, if not all.
YASMIEN KURDI: "I will protect you with all my life."
Sabi ni Yasmien, "I’m so sorry, Ayesha. You have to go through all of this because I am your mom.
"But I will always be here for you. I will protect you with all my life.
"You are beautiful inside and out."
