Sa kanyang Instagram Broadcast Channel kahapon, October 14, 2024, naglinay-nila si Sarah tungkol sa estado ng kanyang buhay ngayon.
Ayon sa aktres, nararamdaman niya ang pagiging kuntento ngayon.
Na-realize din daw ni Sarah na hindi niya kailangan ng kalinga ng iba para mabuhay.
Sabi ni Sarah, "How beautiful it is to feel contentment from such a pure, simple, and real space. As I turn 31, I'm overwhelmed by a sweetness that flows from within.
"I've come to realize that I don't need anyone but myself, and that no one can save me but me."
Ang pagiging malaya raw niya ay hindi hadlang upang maging maligaya siya sa buhay.
Aniya, "This independence isn't a burden; it's a liberation. Yet, amidst this self-reliance, I recognize my deep love for love itself-the joy of giving it and the warmth of receiving it."
Malaki rin ang pasasalamat ng aktres sa mga kaibigang nanatili sa kanyang tabi sa pinakamababa at pinakamataas na sandali ng buhay niya.
Dagdag ni Sarah, "My heart fills with gratitude for the few real friends I've made, friends who have stood by me through my lowest lows and my most beautiful highs.
"You are treasures in my life, and your presence is a gift I cherish."

SARAH LAHBATI ON BEING A MOM
Sunod na ibinahagi ni Sarah ang saloobin sa kanyang pagiging ina.
Dalawa ang anak ng aktres sa estranged husband na si Richard Gutierrez; sina Zion at Kai Gutierrez.
Saad niya, "Being the mom of Zion and Kai fills my days with purpose and joy.
"We've carved out our paradise in the embrace of the ocean, a sanctuary we always return to. It's in those waves that we find solace, no matter if life is soaring or crashing around us.
"The ocean is our constant, a reminder that in the ebb and flow of life, we can always find our way back to peace."
Nahanap na rin daw niya ang kanyang "inner peace" at "self-worth."
Aniya, "I feel thankful-and proud-that I've shed the need to please anyone but myself.
"This inner peace, this sense of self-worth, is more valuable than anything the world has to offer.
"My life, my family, my friends-they are my world, and I wouldn't trade it for anything."
Mensahe naman niya sa kanyang followers, "Thank you for the wonderful and sweet birthday greetings. They truly don't go unnoticed.
