Noong September 11, 2024, nag-post si Claudine ng mga larawan niya kasama ang ina at kapatid na si Jay-Jay Barretto na kuha mula sa hospital room ni Mommy Indat sa St. Luke's Medical Center sa Global City, Taguig City.

CLAUDINE BARRETTO ASKS FOR PRAYERS
Sa Instagram ngayong Lunes, September 16, 2024, ibinalita ni Claudine na lagpas isang linggo nang naka-confine ang inang si Inday sa ospital dahil sa sakit na lupus.
Ayon sa website ng National Institute of Health, ang lupus ay isang "chronic (long-lasting) autoimmune disease that can affect many parts of the body. Lupus occurs when the immune system, which normally helps protect the body from infection and disease, attacks its own tissues."

Sa kanyang post, humiling ng dasal si Claudine mula sa kanyang fans para sa paggaling ng ina.
Sabi ni Claudine (published as is), "Mom we luv & need u dearly. Pls get well soon.
"Palanggas pls pray for my Mom more than a week na sya sa hospital& is 87years old with Lupus. i need all your prayers pls. she is the only parent i have left.
"i have been checking & taking care of her together with my kuyas Mito & @jjbarretto my Ate Michie & sister in law connie. thank you po sa inyong lahat"
Nakiusap din si Claudine na isama siya sa panalangin dahil hindi raw siya nakakakain at nakakatulog nang maayos.
Aniya, "isama nyo na rin po ako sa prayers nyo i havent been eating & im fown to 97pounds & i haven't been sleeping.Godbless you all & your families as well"
