Nagbabala ang Star Magic, ang talent management arm ng ABS-CBN, na gagawa sila ng legal na hakbang laban sa mga naninira, gumagawa, at nagpapakalat ng maling impormasyon tungkol sa P-pop groups na BINI at BGYO.
Ilang araw nang usap-usapan sa social media ang dalawang P-pop sensations.
Nagsimula ito nang kumalat ang video ng ilang BINI members na sina Maloi, Mikha, Stacey, at Gwen habang sumasayaw ng "Pantropiko" sa birthday celebration ng BGYO frontman na si Gelo noong April 21, 2024.
Hindi ito ikinatuwa ng ilang blooms (tawag sa fandom ng BINI).
Giit nila, may iba't ibang isyung kinahaharap ang BGYO member—katulad umano ng cheating, bullying, at assault—kaya ayaw nilang ma-associate ang P-pop girl group sa mga ito.
May ilan ding netizens ang kumewestiyon sa kinabibilangang talent management ng BINI at BGYO dahil sa kakulangan daw nito ng aksiyong ilayo ang BINI sa P-pop boy group.
Dahil dito, nag-trending ang "#BINI DESERVES BETTER," "#PROTECT BINI FROM BGYO," at "#DISBAND BGYO sa X (dating Twitter).

STAR MAGIC RELEASES STATEMENT on bashING
Ang nasabing isyu ay nakarating agad sa pamunuan ng Star Magic, ang ahensiyang nagma-manage sa BINI at BGYO.
Sa pahayag ng kanilang legal counsel na si Atty. Joji Alonso nitong Martes, April 23, 2024, binalaan niya ang fans at netizens na nagpapakalat ng maling impormasyon tungkol sa magkabilang grupo.
Ang sinumang mahuhuli ay maaari raw kasuhan ng cyberbullying at libel, kaya paaala nila na hangga't maaari ay maging maingat sa pagkukomento at pagpu-post online.
Mababasa sa pahayag ng Star Magic counsel: "BGYO, BINI, and its respective members have been the subject of malicious online attacks designed to seriously hurt and damage their reputation.
"These reckless posting and sharing of harmful, negative, and false accusations are violative of cyberbullying and anti-libel laws.
"With the prevalence of social media and digital platforms where content shared become permanent for public's consumption, we ask the netizens to be responsible in posting and spreading hurtful content.
"It is everyone's duty to create a safe online environment, rather than be the first to commit criminal acts.
"The past months have been a painful experience for BGYO and BINI's members as they learn the value of personal accountability. Both groups have gained the courage to stand-up against online bullies."

Dagdag ng Star Magic legal team, walang konkretong basehan ang kumakalat na isyu tungkol sa BINI at BGYO kung kaya't hindi sila magdadalawang-isip mapatawan ng kaukulang parusa ang mga patuloy na nagpapakalat at nagdidiin nito.
Anila: "BGYO and BINI's management will take legal action against these emboldened bashers who circulate unfounded rumors.
"Appropriate government agencies and private service providers have been tapped to gather evidence and hold these perpetrators accountable for their unlawful behavior. Filing of criminal cases will be set in motion.
"Again, we remind the public that it is not only crucial to call out acts of bashing and cyberbullying, but to show kindness and accord everyone due respect, both online and in real life."

Ang BGYO ay binubuo nina Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, at Nate.
Habang ang BINI naman ay ang eight-member girl group na binubuo nina Jhoanna, Maloi, Mikha, Aiah, Colet, Sheena, Stacey, at Gwen.
