It's that time of the year again when one of Eat Bulaga!'s pillars—‘Bossing’ Vic Sotto—is celebrated for the entire duration of April, his birth month.
Today, April 13, 2024, a historical first happened on the show as one of Vic's birthday surprises unveiled OPM artist Ice Seguerra in an unexpected guise.

The surprises rolled out one by one, with Eat Bulaga! regulars Wally Bayola, Jose Manalo, Allan K, and Paolo Balesteros, cross-dressing in pink outfits as they delivered their respective dance and song numbers.

Soon, the biggest shock of the day happened when Vic invited the fifth member to come on stage and introduce themselves, expecting someone from the usual panel of their host lineup.
Much to everyone's astonishment, especially Vic's, the member in hiding was actually his onscreen child on the hit sitcom Okay Ka, Fairy Ko!.
Ice—decked in Barbie pink mini dress with puffed sleeves, and matching white ankle boots—greeted Dabarkads with a look that has never been seen on him since his transition to manhood.

Holding back tears while laughing, Vic expressed, "Kanina ko pa tinitignan, di ko makilala."
Amid hysterics, Ice reassured, "Bossing, kalma. Ako lang to."
Meanwhile, Joey de Leon who was seated in the audience area, just had the realization of the person's identity dawn on him belatedly.
He exclaimed, "Uy! Si Aiza [former stage name before transition] ba yan? Ang ganda mo ah! Ang ganda-ganda mo!"

ICE ICE BABY
Before showing his talent, Ice was asked to introduce himself formally to the viewers.
"Hi Dabarkads my name is Caring," he said.
"But you can also call me Ice Ice Baby."
Vic reiterated, "Nung pagpasok, ang tagal kong tinitignan [di ko makilala]... nung malapitan na lang."

Jose playfully prodded him, "Ikaw pa may sorpresa para kay bossing?"
Ice wittily replied, "Eto na yon," alluding to the significant effort of dressing up once again as a woman—a persona she had set aside long ago.
Wally chimed in, joking, "Naghahanap pa ba kayo ng iba? Yan na yata e."
Asserting the meaningfulness of her gesture of cross-dressing as a gift in itself, Ice declared: "Grabeng pagmamahal to ha. I swear, grabeng pagmamahal to. I love you talaga."
Vic, who can't seem to move on from the transformation, mentioned, "Ang ganda ng legs o, tignan niyo."

Joey quipped, "Abangan ang pagbabalik ni Aiza Seguerra. Ang ganda mo!"
Graciously accepting the compliment, Ice replied, "Thank you, I try my best."
As for the million-dollar question: "May surprise ka ba?"
Ice revealed, "Well, I'll sing for you [Vic]. Kaya mo pa ba? Kaya mo pa?"
With tears welling in his eyes, Vic chuckled, "Oo, kakayanin. Kakayanin."
"Alright sige I'll sing for you. I'm so maarte today! I love it," Ice conveyed.

From there, Ice delivered a sweet rendition to The Shirelles' Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow track.
Filled with sentimentality, Vic and the live audience couldn't help but tear up at Ice's touching gesture.
