Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano are set to marry again in a church soon.
This was confirmed by Jessy in an interview with ABS-CBN News on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the Health and Wellness Expo in SM Megamall.
"Dream wedding namin," Jessy excitedly said about the special occasion.
"Finally, makakauwi na rin yung family ko, cause when we did our civil wedding noong 2021, wala pa yung family ko noon."
Jessy and Luis had a civil wedding at The Farm in San Benito in Batangas on February 21, 2021.
"Finally, matutuloy na rin yung church wedding namin," Jessy happily remarked.
Jessy described their planned church wedding as "intimate," noting that while they're not keeping it a secret, they prefer to maintain a low-key approach for now.
She elaborated, "We’re not really hiding it but we’re not putting it out there naman.
"This time kasi, si Luis nga sweet, e, sabi niya, 'I want you to have your wedding of your dreams, with your family and with the Lord.'"
DATE OF THE WEDDING
Jessy made no mention of the exact date of the wedding in her latest interview.
The ABS-CBN report, however, divulged that the ceremony could take place on February 15, 2024.
Jessy couldn't hide her thrill at the thought of Rosie, the couple's infant daughter, walking down the aisle as part of the little bridesmaids.
“Little bride siya, nae-excite ako, super. And naglalakad na siya, sana lang makayanan niyang maglakad sa aisle,” beamed Jessy.
Jessy and Luis dated for five years before tying the knot.

The couple announced they're expecting a baby on August 11, 2022, by posting a photo on Instagram and through Jessy's vlog on YouTube.
