Si Leren, beauty queen at konsehala ng Los Baños, Laguna, ang kasalukuyang girlfriend ng basketball player na si Ricci Rivero, na ex-boyfriend naman ng Kapamilya actress na si Andrea Brillantes.
Last October 28, 2023 ay nag-post siya sa facebook ng white image na may quote written in red.

Ang quote: “A beautiful truth about life is that for every person trying to dim your light, there's another drawn to your glow.”

Hindi si Leren ang unang gumamit ng naturang quote.
Isang Instagram user ang nag-post din nito last October 27.

Ang post naman ni Leren ay nilagyan niya ng caption na, published as is: “Damage has been done and hurtful words have been said that scarred me deeply, but it wont stop me from doing what is right.
“We rise by lifting others. Not the other way around.
“At the end of the day, people will know, the TRUTH shall prevail.”
Nilimitahan ni Leren kung sinu-sino lang ang maaaring mag-comment sa kanyang post.
Kamakailan ay sunud-sunod ang mga cryptic messages ni Leren matapos ang pagsasapubliko ni Ricci ng kanilang relasyon last October 21 via Instagram.

October 24 ay nagbahagi siya sa kanyang Instagram Story ng quote mula sa educator at independent historian of psychoanalysis na si Jay Sherry.
Ang quote: “I have no energy for hate. I either love you, wish you well or hope you heal.”
Nasundan ito ng isa pang quote mula sa anonymous author: “I am at the point where I avoid argument.
“If you tell me an elephant can fly. You are absolutely right.”

Matapos naman ang pag-amin ni Ricci ang kanilang relasyon ay nakipagbardagulan si Leren sa mga bashers na nang-aakusa sa kanya na isang “mang-aagaw."
