Naalala mo ba ang asong si Morgan?
Ang latest update: Nasa pangangalaga na siya ngayon ng Animal Kingdom Foundation (AKF), pero marami ang naghahangad na i-adopt siya.
Ibinahagi ng AKF ang pambihirang kuwento ni Morgan, nitong October 8, 2023.
Post ng AKF sa Facebook, last year ay na-confine ang amo ni Morgan sa Manila Central Univesity (MCU) Hospital dahil sa COVID-19 at pumanaw ito.
Walang kamalay-malay ang aso sa nangyari sa amo, kaya inabot ng isang taon ang kanyang pag-aantay sa labas ng ospital.
“He was named MORGAN. Because he usually stays at the MORGUE area of MCU Hospital in Caloocan City. We rescued Morgan yesterday."
Sabi ng AKF, naging “carers” ni Morgan ang mga doktor, estudyante, medical representatives, guards, at hospital staff.
Hindi rin daw nila ito ini-report sa dog pound dahil maaaring mapahamak lamang si Morgan.
Ni-rescue si Morgan nitong October 7, at dinala ito sa Capas, Tarlac, para sa “health check, rehabilitation, vaccination, and neutering.”

UPDATE ON MORGAN
Nitong October 17, 2023, kinumusta ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ang kalagayan ni Morgan sa AKF, na nagpadala ng mga larawan at video ng aso.
Halatang napaliguan na si Morgan, kumpara sa mga unang larawan niya nang i-rescue ng AKF.
“He is very sociable pa din, adjusting pa sa new place, but he is doing well. Very friendly also to other dogs and cats at the shelter,” sabi ni Christian Bondoc, AKF lead volunteer.
Magandang balita ni Christian, “We received lots of applications for his adoption.
“But for now, he is still under rehabilitation and needs to be perfectly healthy before we release to an adopter.”

Inusisa namin ang AKF kung natuklasan nila lang tunay na pangalan ni Morgan.
Sagot ni Christian, “Hindi po, e, they just called him Morgan kasi he stays at the morgue area.
“We have no details na din of the family of the deceased owner, and so far, no one has reached out din from their end since we posted the story.”
