Sa Instagram kagabi, August 8, 2023, nagbahagi ng notes si Mark sa kanyang followers.
Nakasaad dito: "This is crazy!!! I think I’m back? First of all thanks to everyone who reported this account and to all my friends who messaged me showing their concerns.
“I already deleted all the sexy photos [laughing emoji] my gulay! But I think she/he/they also deleted all my posts.
“I feel like I’m scared to post anything now.
“Anyway, I’m still trying to figure out but for now, I’ll just start by saying—Take extra care and stay safe everyone! I can now sleep (heart emoji)
“Sana hindi naman ako gisingin ulit ng kapatid ko ng 4am dahil na hack ang ig ko. Good night everyone.”
Caption niya sa post, "Thank you @shengeyee and to my Viva family @vivaartistsagency for all the help in getting my account back.”

August 7, 2023, humingi ng tulong si Mark sa mga kakilala nito para mabawi ang kanyang Instagram account na biktima ng hacking.
Mensahe niya sa kanyang Twitter at Facebook account, “My Instagram account has been hacked. Guys, I’ll try to retrieve it. But now pls. help me report it. Salamat sa lahat ng nag-message sa akin.”
