Masayang ibinalita ni Bea na nag-propose sa kanya ang boyfriend na si Dominic Roque sa Las Casas Filipinas de Azucar sa Quezon City kahapon, July 18, 2023.
Sa kanyang Instagram post, makikitang nakasuot ng long black gown si Bea para sa isang shoot.
Kasabwat ang kaibigan nilang photographer na si Mark Nicdao na umarte para ma-set-up ni Dominic ang sorpresa para sa nobya.
Kuwento ni Bea: "It was a balmy afternoon in Las Casas. I was there for a shoot, but little did I know that the next thing that would happen would change our lives forever.
"In the middle of the shoot, Mark Nicdao kept telling me to turn around because he wanted to shoot the back side of my dress, I found it a bit odd, but when I turned around, I found Dom kneeling with a box in his hand."
Lubos daw ang kasiyahan ng aktres nang marinig ang deklarasyon ng pag-ibig ni Dominic.
Patuloy ni Bea: "You see, I have done so many proposal scenes in my entire career, but nothing beats the real thing. I have been doing it all wrong! Hahaha.
"Dom said his speech, and it’s like time stood still. Everything went in slow motion. And I felt different emotions all at the same time—joy, excitement, love.
"I started bawling (swipe to see my ugly cry), But I didn’t want that moment to end.
"I want this real thing to happen forever… and right then there… In front of the people we love… we decided on forever.."
Bumuhos naman ang good wishes mula sa Kapamilya at Kapuso stars na mga kaibigan ni Bea, kabilang sina Vice Ganda, Heart Evangelista, at Anne Curtis.
Noong January 28, 2023 nagdiwang ng second anniversary sina Bea at Dominic.
Matagal na silang magkaibigan, pero noon lamang October 2019 nagsimulang mas maging malapit ang dalawa.
Sa mga panayam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) kay Bea, ibinahagi niyang pinakanagustuhan niya kay Dominic ay ang pagsuyo nito hindi lang sa kanya kundi pati sa pamilya niya.
Makailang-beses na ring nabalita ang pagsasama-sama ng kanilang pamilya na parehong suportado ang relasyon ng couple.
