Kinoronahan bilang 1st runner-up ang Filipino-Belgian beauty queen sa katatapos pa lang na patimpalak na ginanap sa Poland.

Sa kanyang latest post sa Instagram ay sinabi ni Pauline na malaking karangalan ang tumayo bilang kinatawan ng Pilipinas.
"Ever since I stepped on our National Stage it has been my greatest ambition to represent the PH internationally," bungad ni Pauline sa kanyang Instagram post.
Dagdag niya, "It has been my greatest honor and pleasure to turn that ambition into reality and finally have been able to attach Philippines to my name."
Naging malaking hamon daw ang pageant para kay Pauline at inilarawan niya bilang "humbling," "moving," at "life-changing" ang kanyang naging journey.
"It felt so surreal to go through all the challenges and ups and downs of this journey and still have been able to make it this far and it's all the training, hard work, heart work, and yes, dedication that made this happen," sabi ni Pauline.
Bagama't kinapos ay maganda ang naging performance ni Pauline sa pageant at marami ang humanga sa ipinakita niyang ganda at talino.
Sa Instagram post ni Miss Universe Philippines national director Shamcey Supsup ay inamin nito na umasa siya na maiuuwi ni Pauline ang korona dahil sa husay na ipinamalas nito.

"It may not have been the result we have wanted but I am so proud of how @paulineamelinckx gave us a good fight!" saad ni Shamcey.
"I really thought we had it in the bag but no matter what, you are the winner in our hearts. Thank you for representing the [Philippine flag emoji]."

"REJECTION AS REDIRECTION"
May mga valuable life lessons din daw na natutunan si Pauline itong mga nagdaang buwan habang naghahanda at maging ngayon na natapos na ang kumpetisyon.
Sambit niya, "It takes a great amount of dedication toward your own personal growth and belief in your own worth to see rejection as redirection.
"But one thing that I learnt over the course of this journey is that we can tap into our inner strength to grow and bloom where life plants us. It is up to YOU and YOU are worth it!"
Sa huli ay hindi nakalimutan ni Pauline na magpasalamat sa lahat ng naniwala sa kanya, dahilan para lumakas ang kanyang loob.
Hindi man naiuwi ang korona ay itinuturing pa rin ni Pauline na matagumpay ang kanyang stint sa Miss Supranational 2023.
"I feel so blessed and filled with gratitude. Thank you for every single vote, view, like, comment and prayer that you sent up for the Philippines in this journey.
"We even won the Suprachat challenge! YOU made that possible. I cannot thank you all enough."
Patuloy niya, "I will be looking back and reflecting some more for a bit.
"But for now, know that I am immensely proud of our victory, grateful for the love and excited to be back home."
