Nakuha ng About Us But Not About Us ang parangal bilang Best Picture, Best Director at Best Screenplay para kay Jun Robles Lana, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Production Design, Best Musical Score, at Best Sound Design.
Ang lead stars nitong sina Romnick Sarmenta at Elijah Canlas ay nagkamit ng karangalan bilang Best Actor at Special Jury Prize, respectively.
Ang itinanghal na Best Actress ay si Gladys Reyes para sa kanyang pagganap sa Apag, na nagwagi rin bilang Best Original Theme Song ("Paralaya").
Apat naman ang napanalunang awards ng Here Comes The Groom: Third Best Picture, Best Supporting Actor para kay Keempee de Leon, Best Supporting Actress para kay Kaladkaren (Jervi Li), at Special Jury Prize.
Si Kaladkaren ang kauna-unahang trans woman na nagwaging Best Supporting Actress sa kasaysayan ng MMFF.
Siya rin ang pangalawang trans woman na nanalo ng acting award sa Pilipinas, kasunod ni Iyah Mina na nagwaging Best Actress sa CinemaOne Originals noong 2018 para sa Mamu: And A Mother Too.
Ang Love You Long Time ang nakakuha ng tropeyo para sa Second Best Picture at Best Float.
Ang board of jurors ng 2023 Summer MMFF Gabi ng Parangal ay pinangunahan ng internationally acclaimed actress na si Dolly de Leon.
