Sabay seryosong sabi niya, "Pero I'm really enjoying married life. I think it's such a blessing.
"I'm blessed with such a hardworking, beautiful, smart, amazing woman which I think as, really, sabi nga nila, even brought out the best in me.
"Parang sabi nila, 'Grabe, iba yung glow,' which I appreciate. I'm really enjoying every minute of it."
"I'm still adjusting. I'm not a perfect husband. There are still things that I'm transitioning to because I was a single for a bunch of so long, alam niyo naman iyan.
"It's a work in progress, transitioning, getting used to it. Ito pala ang mga galawan natin ngayon.
"It's different, guys, when you live in the same house.
"You wake up every morning, you see the person compared na mag-boyfriend palang kayo, bisita ka lang pag weekend.
You thought you knew everything about the person, hindi pala. Sa attitude and all that."
HONEYMOON PLANS
"That is in the works next year. Hopefully, Europe, our top destination would be Portugal, France, and Italy.
"Sa akin every country has so much flavor, it's such a sensual experience for everyone who visits so I think I'll be there to visit those countries with my wife.
"I think it will be an excellent experience for me."
"We finished the wedding [in] March, we're also building the house. Those two projects are for 2022. For 2023, honeymoon muna and travel.
"Then siguro after that we plan the baby. Travel-travel muna, hirap ding mag-travel pag may baby. Enjoy muna," saad ni Sam.
ON BOYS NIGHT OUT RETURNING ON AIR
"Of course, pandemic, we have to take a break for a while and now we're so back. It's still live every night, Monday-Thursday on Magic 89.9.
I think the people miss the usapang lalake, just the raw conversation, walang tayong kailangang i-censor o itago. I think people miss that and more happy that it's back."
"Somebody just tagged us thinking it was our shirt. The odd statement na nasa t-shirt na yun, naaalala nila kami ang gumawa kasi may Boy's Night Out na line of clothing sa SM din.
"Pero iba ang nag-design, di Boy's Night Out shirt yun kasi we're very careful about these things.
"Aaminin ko medyo g*g* kami, medyo pilyo on air, but we know which line not to cross," paglilinaw ni Sam.
ON HIV PREVENTION
"Of course, lahat tayo nabulabog sa Covid alam natin yan, HIV is still present and the situation in the Philippines is still really bad.
"I think Philippines is one of the top countries in Asia with HIV [cases] kaya we really have to talk about it. Di na puwede yung tahimik lang tayo,
"We have to do something about it. Tama na yung taboo, yung stigma, let's speak about it. That' s the only we could actually, hopefully, make the Philippines better as well."
