Months after teasing their movie comeback, real-life couple Xian Lim and Kim Chiu are set to reunite on the big screen this month in the movie Always.

The good news was announced by Xian via Instagram post on Thursday, September 8, 2022, via a short teaser video flashing “I see you Always” and “Coming soon.”
He wrote in the caption (published as is), “I missed you @chinitaprincess [Kim].
“After 8 years, we're back on the big screen…I see you. An adaptation of a hit Korean movie is coming to PHILIPPINE CINEMAS."
This also serves as the first project for the tandem since Xian moved to GMA in August 2021 while Kim has remained with the ABS-CBN network
Kim also shared the same post in her Instagram, earlier today, September 9, 2022.
Her caption read (published as is), “I SEE YOU. #ALWAYS. Finally, missed sharing the screen with you @xianlimm.”
Produced by Viva Films, their new film is an adaptation of the hit Korean 2011 movie Always.
The original romantic drama follows the story of a blind woman and a former boxer working as a parking attendant played by Korean stars So Ji-sub (Cheol-min) and Han Hyo-joo (Jung-hwa).

Kim and Xian’s last big-screen project was their 2014 romantic-comedy movie Past Tense, but have worked together in the 2020 television drama series Love Thy Woman.
Other films where they starred together include Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo? (2013) and Bride for Rent (2014).
Their movie Always premieres on September 28, 2022 in cinemas nationwide.
