Hindi nagpatinag si Marvin Agustin mula sa mga batikos ng maraming customers na dismayado sa kanilang inorder mula sa kanyang cochinillo business nitong nakaraang Pasko.
Noong bisperas ng Bagong Taon, December 31, ipinaalam ni Marvin sa kanyang followers sa Instagram na tuluy-tuloy lamang ang kanilang pagluluto ng cochinillo para sa mga umorder nito upang panghanda sa New Year’s eve.
Ayon sa kanya, ibinuhos niya at ng kanyang team ang lahat ng kanilang makakaya upang hindi nila muling sapitin ang batikos na pinagdaanan.
Sabi ni Marvin sa kanyang post, “Happy new year everyone.
“We live and we learn to fight another day. We are roasting now your COCHI orders.
“We have prepared and gave our all to make everything good.
"Enjoy the COCHI we all worked hard for to give you a delicious experience.”
Dagdag pa niya, “Moving forward, after this holiday. We will go back to our old-style of operations that we wont be able to arrange delivery anymore for our customers, as this is not our core competency.
“Our COCHI quality is best enjoyed straight from the oven, delivery conditions is something beyond our control.
“While other customers’ experiences of travelling as fas as Bataan and Batangas, having our COCHI reach to their addresses with quality they love and enjoy. That may not be the case for others.
“We give instructions what to do but we dont know what happens during the travel time.”
Nagpasalamat din siya sa mga taong hindi bumitaw sa kanila kahit may naranasan silang hindi kanais-nais noong Pasko.

Binatikos ng maraming customers si Marvin dahil taliwas sa promotional videos ng aktor tungkol sa kanyang Cochi by Marvin Agustin ang dumating sa kanilang cochinillo noong December 24.
Karamihan sa mga umorder ay hindi nasiyahan sa nai-deliver para sa kanilang Christmas eve meal.
May mga nagsabing hindi malutong ang balat, sunog ang balat, hilaw ang laman, at sobrang late nang dumating ang kanilang order.
Sa mahal daw ng presyo ng isang cochinillo ay hindi sulit ito.
Kaya naman kaagad na humingi ng dispensa si Marvin at nangakong hindi na ito mauulit.
