Sharon Cuneta once more has shown she is indeed a friend in deed.
Just days ago, she asked prayers for celebrity stylist and her friend Fannie Serrano who suffered a massive stroke.
And today, March 19, 2021, Sharon reposted on her Instagram page a teaser of GMA-7’s reality-singing competition Centerstage, in which her good friend Pop Fernandez is one of the judges.
It was a generous act that demonstrated how she values her friends more than her concern for career-related issues, such as a network war.
Centerstage, hosted by Alden Richards, is the rival program of Sharon’s ABS-CBN program,Your Face Sounds Familiar, in which she is also one of the judges.
Pops, touched by her friend's gesture, left a comment on Sharon's post.
Pops wrote, “Love you, sis [heart-eyed emoji] miss you [heart emoji]”
Sharon replied, “i love you sis. Miss you too. [three heart emojis]”
Some of Sharon’s followers noticed how she showed support for Pops even though their programs are timeslot rivals.
One netizen wrote, “You are a good friend and so sweet person, walang ingit you even promoting your competition show. Kaya ka binibayaan ng lord. Yan ang taong talagang karapat dapay na idolohin dahil mabuting ehemplo.”
