Regine Velasquez is set to return to the big screen after seven years.
The Asia's Songbird was spotted at the shooting of Sarah Geronimo's movie, Unforgettable.
A behind-the-scenes photo was posted by director Jun Lana during the movie's ninth day of filming yesterday, July 8.
The photo showed Sarah and Regine being briefed for a scene they are about to take.
Direk Jun wrote in his tweet, "Look who’s filming with us today! #unforgettable #day9"
Fans of Regine got excited upon seeing their idol returning to the big screen, and immediately reacted to Lana's tweet.
Regine's last big screen project was the 2012 film Of All The Things, where she was paired with Aga Muhlach.
Unforgettable also marks the first time that Sarah and Regine will work together in a movie .
Regine was the host of Star For A Night, the televised singing competition where Sarah emerged as the grand champion. Both singers are now the main hosts of ASAP Natin 'To.
Regine was not seen in the story conference of Unforgettable on May 2019.
Direk Jun has yet to announce the role of Regine in the movie, or if she would only have a cameo role in the film.
The cast members who attended the storycon were Gina Pareno, Ara Mina, Meg Imperial, Kim Molina, and Yayo Aguila.
