Janella Salvador and Elmo Magalona will be paired again in a new teleserye.
This was confirmed by ABS-CBN drama business unit head Deo Endrinal through his Instagram account last February 24.
Sir Deo is the head of ABS-CBN’s drama unit Dreamscape Television, which produced ElNella’s TV shows Born For You and Wansapanataym presents Holly & Mau, both aired in 2016.
It was also seen that teen actor Nash Aguas will be part of this new show. It was unclear, however, if he will be a third wheel in this new series.
Sir Deo captioned the post, “ElNella x Nash soon! #dreamscapeserye”
Prior to this, Nash was part of the recently-concluded afternoon series Doble Kara, where he was paired with perennial onscreen partner Alexa Ilacad.
No details were revealed if Alexa will be a part of this series.
Currently, Elmo and Janella are both appearing in the Sunday noontime show ASAP.
This announcement comes three weeks after Jenine Desiderio posted tweets warning a mystery guy whom she says has questionable intentions for her daughter Janella.
Last February 5, Jenine posted on her Twitter account: “I want no less than a gentleman for my daughter. Not one who looks & pretends to be decent but sneaks behind my back.”
To date, the mother of Janella has not yet divulged the identity of the mystery guy.
