In the 21st Asian TV Awards, Michael V. was nominated for Best Comedy Performance for Pepito Manaloto.
Unfortunately, the GMA-7 actor lost to Carla Dunareanu (the ex-girlfriend of Christian Bautista) who won for the Singaporean show Rojak.
Prior to the event, Michael V answered questions from fans that were addressed to the official Twitter account, @AsianTVAwards, using the hashtag #AskATA.
Fellow Kapuso actor Alden Richards also answered questions from fans through #AskATA.
One-half of the AlDub love team served as a host of the awarding ceremony held in Singapore last December 2.

Would you be willing to tour PH with classic Bubble Gang skits as a concert?
Michael V: "Actually hindi lang sa Philippines. All over the world, gusto namin i-tour talaga ang Bubble Gang. Pero at this point, mahirap pa kasi medyo magulo pa ang schedule ng lahat. Pero one of these days or months or years, tingnan natin. Let's see kung anong mangyayari pero siyempre gusto nating gawin 'yan sa America."

Para sa iyo, ano ang pinakamemorable na anniversary ng BG [Bubble Gang]?
Michael V: "For me, ang pinakamemorable na anniversary ng Bubble Gang yung 20th. Napakatagal na preparasyon yun na ginawa and talagang dinugo kami dun, e. Lumuha kami ng bato. Pero actually, kung gusto mong maalala mo yung 20th anniversary, just buy the [commemorative] book I Am BG."

What's the secret of Bubble Gang at umabot kayo ng 21 years?
Michael V: "Ang secret is actually society. Kayo rin ang nagbibigay sa amin ng idea kaya dapat mapasaya namin kayo. Maraming maraming salamat and hope you keep on supporting Bubble Gang."

May chance po ba gumawa kayo ng heavy drama? At sino po bet niyong ka loveteam?
Michael V: "Drama...parang hindi siguro. Sa Pepito [Manaloto], gumagawa naman kami ng drama from time to time. Sana nga ma-appreciate niyo para maiba naman yung flavor. Drama is actually wala pa sa listahan ko. Siguro eventually, tingnan natin."

Bilang isang magaling na komedyante, ano po maia-advice niyo kay Maine [Mendoza]?
Michael V: "Salamat at tingin mo sa akin ay magaling na komedyante. Regarding Maine, maging mas observant lang siya. Kasi dapat nakikita mo at alam mo kung paano timplahin ang jokes mo, yung sense of humor mo dun sa mga taong kasama mo. Minsan, may mga hinihingi na pang-mayaman, pang-mahirap, pang-gitna lang. Yun ang dapat matutunan ni Maine."
