The Philippines now holds the record for the largest human mattress dominoes.
The Guinness World Records recognized the achievement after 2,355 people participated in the record-breaking activity on October 22, 2023, at SMX Convention Center in Manila.
Based on the video, each of the participants was standing and holding a mattress behind their back, toppling like dominoes on their way to history.

Local mattress brand Uratex organized the event, with the activity clocking in a total of 14 minutes and 25 seconds.
The previous record holder was Brazil which achieved the feat in 2019 with 2,019 people participating in the event.
All the mattresses used were donated to charity groups by Uratex, which is celebrating its 55th anniversary.
Guinness World Records Senior Records Manager Mai McMillan remarked, “The record to beat for this attempt was 2,019. I can now confirm that team Uratex has achieved 2,355. Congratulations! You beat the World Records title."
The brand's celebrity endorser Kathryn Bernardo was present during the event and awarding ceremony.
