Si Son Ye Jin ang itinanghal na Best Actress para sa kanyang pagganap sa pelikulang No Other Choice, na humakot ng anim na awards kabilang na ang Best Picture.
Ang iba pang kategoryang napanalunan ng No Other Choice ay Best Director (Park Chan Wook), Best Supporting Actor (Lee Sung Min), Best Music, at Best Technical Achievement.

Ang mister ni Son Ye Jin na si Hyun Bin naman ang nagwaging Best Actor para sa kanyang pagganap sa action-drama na Harbin.
Sina Son Ye Jin at Hyun Bin ang kauna-unahang celebrity married couple na nakopo ang top acting categories sa kasaysayan ng Blue Dragon Awards.
Bukod sa Best Actress at Best Actor, nanalo rin ang mag-asawa ng Popular Star Awards kasama sina Lim Yoona ng Girls' Generation at Park Jinyoung ng GOT7.
Sina Son Ye Jin at Hyun Bin ay nagkatrabaho sa hit K-drama series na Crash Landing On You noong 2019, at doon nagsimula ang kanilang love story sa likod ng camera.
