Sarah Geronimo has given a hint what sort of a wife she is likely to be.
She said, “Pinapangarap ko, hindi lang as a wife, pero sana a good wife.”
Sarah was enjoined to talk about her future during her guesting, together with John Lloyd Cruz, in Tonight With Boy Abunda on Sunday night, July 23.
The singer-actress, who turned 29 yesterday, was asked by Boy Abunda to give a message to her future husband.
“I can't wait spending the rest of my life loving you,” she replied and added, smiling, “Sana maging patient ka sa akin.”
Sarah explained, “Ako kasi, late bloomer talaga ako. Kahit 29 na ako, parang nasa early 20s pa rin ako, teenager pa nga yata.
"Kahit 29 na ako, parang nasa early 20s pa rin ako, teenager pa nga yata.
“Sana ikaw yung sobrang lawak ng pag-iintindi mo, pagpapasensiya mo, at ng pagmamahal mo sa akin.
“Sana i-multiply mo pa ang pagmamahal ko sa 'yo kasi mahihirapan ka!”
But is she ready to settle down?“Yung
“Yung totoo po, gusto kong isipin na handa na ako, pero hindi pa.
“I'd like to think that I am ready, but I'm not yet ready.”
John Lloyd interrupted and told Sarah, “It's okay. The truth is, I don't think malalaman mo kapag ready ka na o hindi. You just dive into it.”
The singer-actress nodded, and told her Finally Found Someone co-star, “I don't want to be selfish sa partner ko.
"Kasi, di ba, para mahanap mo ang Mr. Right mo, kailangan maging Ms. Right ka muna?”
On a separate occasion, Sarah's boyfriend, Matteo Guidicelli, was asked about the rumor they're planning to get married this year.
The actor-athlete vaguely replied, “Tingnan natin! Ang init nga, e! I don’t know. I don’t know.”
In a previous interview, Matteo said he wanted to keep his marriage plans private.
He reasoned, “Siyempre, I want to make a surprise to my partner and make it a surprise for myself.
“That day will come. And when that day comes, people will know.”
