Idinaan sa social media ng ilang artista at iba pang taga-industriya ang pagpapahayag ng kanilang kalungkutan sa pagpanaw ng batikang film director na si Gil Portes.
Pumanaw si Direk Gil nitong Miyerkules, May 24.
Siya ay 71 anyos.
Hindi pa tukoy kung ano ang dahilan ng pagkamatay ng batikang direktor.
Subalit sa report ng The Manila Times, sinabi ng screenwriter-director na si Senedy Que, “He was found dead in the place he was staying at. No autopsy yet.”
Kaugnay ng pagkamatay ni Direk Gil, nag-post ng mensahe sa social media ang direktor na si Joey Javier Reyes, ang batikang aktor-singer na si Robert Seña, at sina Roco Nacino at Alessandra de Rossi.
