Jessy Mendiola’s mom Didith Garvida slammed netizens who are bashing the Kapamilya actress’ relationship with Luis Manzano.
In a series of Facebook comments, Didith responded to netizens' persistent speculation that Jessy caused Luis’s breakup with ex-girlfriend Angel Locsin.
Without mentioning names, Didith said that the TV host-actor is single and unattached when he and Jessy became an item.
“We're so judgmental and perfect noh...
“At di siya third party. Walang ganun.
"Nag break na sila [Angel at Luis], matagal na, bago naging sila [Luis at Jessy]."
Didith also responded to another netizen who called Jessy “malandi.”
She retorted, “Walang nilandi si Jessy Mendiola. God bless you and your family this Christmas season.”
Barely two weeks ago, in a December 11 episode of Family Feud, Luis hinted at his relationship status with Jessy when he pressed the Kapamilya actress to confess her romantic feelings for him.

As previously reported on PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Jessy once said that Luis started courting her in May this year.
On the other hand, news about Angel and Luis's breakup came out as early as the latter part of January 2016.

WHY JESSY IS NO LONGER THE KOREAN TOURISM AMBASSADOR. Meanwhile, Didith denied speculations that Jessy got replaced as Korean Tourism ambassador because of the 24-year-old actress' “attitude problem.”
This was following ABS-CBN News Online’s December 19 report, announcing that Jessy was replaced by Sue Ramirez as the new ambassador of Korean Tourism.
Defending her daughter, Didith responded to a netizen's negative comment.
“Di naman. Di mo lang siya kilala.
"Halika sama ka sa Banana Sundae. Sama Kita #LoizLane good vibes lang tayo."
Didith also clarified that it just so happened that Jessy’s three-year contract with Korean Tourism already expired.
"Hindi po actually taon taon nagpapalit ng pagiging ambassador... But then almost three years na rin si Miss Jessy na nag-service for the Korean Tourism.
"Please do not give malice. It's about time to give way to others."
