Ito ang ikalawang reklamong impeachment laban kay Pangulong Aquino, kasunod ng paghain ng anti-pork barrel groups ng kahalintulad na reklamo kahapon, July 21.

THE COMPLAINT. Tatlong reklamo ang nakapaloob sa impeachment complaint ng mga grupo ng kabataan, na pinangungunahan ng Youth Act Now.
Ito ay ang "culpable violation of the constitution, betrayal of public trust, and graft and corruption."
Halos nakasentro rin ang kanilang bersiyon ng impeachment complaint sa kontrobersiyal na Disbursement Acceleration Project (DAP) na idineklarang "unconstitutional" ng Korte Suprema.
Ayon pa sa reklamo, “In 2010, the Filipino people was promised such 'transformational change' from a regime that 'persecutes those who expose the truth,' 'stays in power by corrupting individuals and institutions,' 'confuses the people with half truths and outright lies,' 'rewards rather than punishes, wrongdoing,' 'weakens democratic institutions that hold our leaders accountable,' 'hinders our local governments from delivering basic services,' and offers no vision of governance beyond political survival and self-enrichment.
“This 'transformational change' was the fundamental premise and promise of Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III who, at his inaugural, proclaimed the start of a journey through a 'Daang Matuwid.'"
TYRANNICAL RULER. Inilarawan din nila ang Pangulo bilang isang mapang-abusong pinuno sa kanyang nasasakupan.
“Today, the Filipino people especially the youth find themselves disappointed, disenchanted, frustrated and betrayed: Aquino has turned into the monster he swore to slay: A tyrannical ruler who transformed the gargantuan amount of over P150 billion pesos of Congress appropriated public funds into his own pork barrel, who arrogantly refuses to recognize, respect, and obey the valid order of the Supreme Court that has found his pork barrel unconstitutional, who threatens the same court and its members with impeachment, and who spreads misinformation to deceive the youth and the people.
“Since Aquino has shown a clear lack of delicadeza, wisdom and humility to resign from office over his culpable violation of the Constitution, betrayal of public trust, and graft and corruption, the concerned citizens led by youth and student organizations come to Congress today to avail themselves of the constitutional process of impeachment to hold him accountable.
“As the duly elected representatives of the people, the House of Representatives must impeach Aquino and the Senate must convict him, to teach him and all future presidents about the seriousness and sacredness of their oath, awesome powers, and highest responsibilities as both Head of Government and Head of State of the Philippines.”
PALACE NOT BOTHERED. Ayon naman sa ulat ng GMA News Online ngayong araw, July 22, hindi ikinakabahala ng Palasyo ang sunud-sunod na paghahain ng reklamong impeachment laban sa Pangulo.
Ayon kay Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr., "Dinala ang usaping ito sa larangang pampulitika.
"Hindi na mga mahistrado, kundi mga hinalal na kinatawan ng mga mamamayan ang tatalakay at magpapasya hinggil dito.
"Batid namin na isasaalang-alang ng mga kinatawan ng mamamayan ang kapakanan ng kabuuan sa kanilang pag-aaral at pagpapasya.
"Hindi maikakaila na mahalaga ang numero rito, dahil sa kahuli-hulihan, magbobotohan kung ipapasa o hindi ang panukalang impeachment.
"Ngunit naniniwala pa rin kami na katotohanan, katwiran ang dapat pairalin."
