Maria Ozawa got bruised while shooting MMFF 2015 entry Nilalang

Maria Ozawa got bruised while shooting scenes for the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival entry Nilalang.

In her latest Instagram post, the 29-year-old Japanese actress showed a bruise on her right arm, which she obtained while shooting her part in the movie.

She provided the caption (published as is): “[N]o matter how many bruses i get, i will still love filming a action Movie i've learned alot from shooting #Nilalang I had so many struggles, sadness,worries...but from all the love ppl [people] gave me,the things that they taught me made me confident and a stronger woman. the word thank u isnt a enough word to express my feelings but... THANK YOU so much for every thing and hope to see you guys again ! xoxo, Maria”

Maria was in the Philippines for almost a week to shoot scenes for the movie,�which was initially offered to Robin Padilla.�

However, due to the delicate pregnancy of his wife, Mariel Rodriguez, Robin begged off from the MMFF movie. Mariel later on suffered from a miscarriage.�

its not that i really wanted to film w/ robin but i think it was so unProfessional of him to call it off 10days before the shooting starts... i feel so sorry for the film director's,staff..etc

Instead of waiting for Robin's availability, the producers decided to give the role to fellow action star Cesar Montano.

Aside from Cesar, Maria also got to work with Meg Imperial while shooting scenes in Subic, Zambales.�

This movie is being directed by Pedring Lopez.�
